Fragment is a web design and custom application shop in downtown Raleigh, NC. We are a small yet powerful team of designers and developers who work to make the web a better experience for everyone. We work with all types of clients on a wide range of projects from convention centers and restaurants to custom card applications and car rental databases.
We are looking for another talented web designer to join our team. These are a few qualities we like to see in people we want to work with:
- Great personality with an unquenchable thirst for design and collaboration
- Have an online portfolio of amazing design work
- Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong understanding of the design process and be able to articulate in the form of sketches, wireframes, site maps, and user flow charts
- Be able to occasionally play the role of UX designer, director, and project manager, illustrator, and photographer
- Professional communication skills—in person, on the phone and email
- Have an understanding of HTML, CSS and latest web trends and current technologies of the web industry
- Have at least two years of professional, post-collegiate experience
- Have a design degree (BFA, MFA) or equivalent work experience
