A native to the Raleigh, NC area, Chris considered doing all kinds of jobs including a high school teacher and chef until he was introduced to and fell in love with the world of web design and development. Chris brings a passion for all things web related and is beyond stoked about working and growing at Fragment and expanding his already solid skill set.
Chris is the perfect blend between self taught and college education, when his classes didn’t curb his curiosity he set out on his own to learn wherever his interests took him. He spends most of his day programming in PHP with a heavy emphasis on modern, standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and jQuery particularly for ExpressionEngine Websites. In his own time Chris gets his feet wet with Ruby on Rails.
When Chris is away from his desk he is either playing some kind of musical instrument, trying to hunt down that latest piece of Apple hardware, traveling abroad, hanging with his Australian cattle dog Opal or out enjoying the wealth of musical talent the Triangle has to offer.
