We partnered with Fragment early in 2010 to help to evolve our brand. With that we wanted everything from updating our website to new menus. We were skeptical of going with another company stemming from some of our past experiences. Often when you get the incredible creative companies, you also get the company that struggles to execute their ideas in a timely manner. We brought up our concerns at our very first meeting with Brian, Wes and the crew. We decided to give them the opportunity to prove that they are different, and they have proven that to us over and over again. They understand us and our brand. They push us to get things done and to try new things (which is, in our opinion, what makes them most valuable to us). Projects are done on time. The creative side is simply incredible (Wes blew us away with our new look for our menus). We could not be happier with the progress we have made with Fragments as our partners.
